Who we are
EVO MOVE is a coaching brand founded by Darren James. The data controller’s legal entity name, company number (if applicable), registered or business address and contact email have not yet been provided for publication. Until these details are confirmed, please use the contact page for privacy requests.
Data we collect
Our current enquiry form asks for your full name, email address, weekly running mileage, and main training goal or injury. It also sends the form source and time of submission. If you contact us separately, we may receive any information you choose to share, including a phone number, event dates or preferred contact method. Please do not submit unnecessary sensitive medical details in the form. If you accept optional cookies, Microsoft Clarity collects site interaction and usage information, which may include session recordings, device details and approximate location.
Lawful basis for processing
We use your enquiry to respond to you, based on our legitimate interest in handling enquiries or to take steps towards a coaching contract at your request. We run optional Microsoft Clarity analytics only with your consent, which you can change through Cookie settings in the footer. Where we send optional marketing communications, we will seek your separate consent where required. Submitting an enquiry is not consent to marketing.
How we use and store data
We use your details to answer your enquiry, discuss coaching and arrange a gait analysis. General enquiries should be retained for no longer than 12 months unless needed for an ongoing relationship, a legal obligation or until you request deletion where applicable. Coaching-client records may be subject to different retention obligations. Information is sent securely from this site to our enquiry-management provider; we do not sell your details.
Third parties
The site is hosted through Lovable and its infrastructure providers. Enquiries are forwarded to LeadConnector / GoHighLevel for contact management. If you accept optional cookies, Microsoft Clarity processes site analytics and session recordings to help us improve the site; it does not load if you decline. Our site links to Instagram; visiting that link takes you to Instagram’s own privacy practices. The YouTube video on the home page is not loaded unless you accept optional content, and local Movement Snacks videos are served from this site. These providers may process data outside the UK; where relevant, appropriate transfer safeguards should be confirmed with the providers.
Marketing communications
We do not treat a coaching enquiry as agreement to receive marketing. If you opt in separately, you can withdraw consent or unsubscribe at any time by using the instructions in a message or contacting us through the contact page. We may still respond to your direct enquiry.
Your rights under UK GDPR
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your information; restrict or object to processing; and withdraw consent where it is the basis for processing. Some rights depend on circumstances and legal obligations. Send requests through the contact page. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
